The Vanvey is a second-class soil cultivation machine. These are tools inserted into the field after ploughing, specifically to prepare a ploughed field for sowing. The process of breaking up the clods created by the plough to make the field surface more suitable for sowing is called double ploughing. The three-point, dual-balance wheeled Vanvey is a suspended soil cultivation machine used for soil cultivation such as subsoiling and triple tillage in fields that have been left fallow for a year after being ploughed, as well as for breaking up weeds in vineyards, gardens and fields and aerating the soil. The purpose of using a vanvey is to: *Prepare the seedbed by breaking up the soil sufficiently. *Kill weeds in fallow farming methods and preserve moisture accumulation in the soil by preventing evaporation from the soil. *Break up plant debris on the soil surface and ensure that organic debris in the topsoil layer mixes with the soil. *To break up the crust layer and sometimes partially compact the soil, thereby creating better soil conditions and accelerating germination.
