Çift Diskli Hidrolik Yatay Karıştırıcılı Gübre Dağıtma Makinesi, traktörün üç nokta askı sistemi aracılığıyla traktöre bağlanmaktadır. Sağlam ve dayanıklı yapısıyla uzun yıllar boyunca yüksek performansla çalışabilen bu makineler, büyük ölçekli tarımsal işletmelerin yoğun gübreleme ihtiyaçlarını etkin bir şekilde karşılamak amacıyla tasarlanmıştır.

Makineler, isteğe bağlı olarak hidrolik kontrol sistemi ile donatılabilmektedir. Hidrolik kontrol kolu sayesinde tarla sınırlarında gübre uygulaması, operatör traktör kabininden ayrılmak zorunda kalmaksızın son derece kolay ve pratik bir şekilde gerçekleştirilebilmektedir. Bunun yanı sıra makine, gereksiz gübre israfını önlemek amacıyla hızlı bir şekilde kapatılabilmekte; bu da hem ekonomik hem de çevresel açıdan önemli avantajlar sunmaktadır.

Gübre deposunun içinde yer alan düşük devirli yatay karıştırıcı, gübreyi kırmadan veya yapısına zarar vermeden homojen bir akış sağlamaktadır. Bu özellik sayesinde gübre tanecikleri bütünlüğünü korumakta, tıkanma sorunlarının önüne geçilmekte ve makinenin kesintisiz çalışması sağlanmaktadır. Tüm bunların sonucunda gübre, tarla genelinde çok daha homojen bir şekilde dağıtılmakta ve akış süreci daha düzenli bir biçimde gerçekleşmektedir.

Makinenin gübre saçma genişliği 18 ila 36 metre arasında ayarlanabilmekte olup bu geniş çalışma aralığı, farklı tarla boyutlarına ve uygulama gereksinimlerine kolaylıkla uyum sağlanmasına imkân tanımaktadır. Hazne kapasitesi ise büyük ölçekli tarımsal faaliyetlerin ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak şekilde üç farklı seçenekte sunulmaktadır: 1000, 1200 ve 1500 litre. The vertical rotary tiller uses blades positioned vertically in the soil to perform a circular rotation, breaking up clods on the soil surface, loosening the soil surface, and expanding the inner surface of the soil. It breaks down the stubble remaining on the soil surface after harvest, allowing it to mix easily into the soil. The blades are made of special steel that has undergone hot rolling, resulting in high wear resistance. Thanks to the specially designed gearbox (1000 rpm) and the different positions of the rotors, the blades enter the soil slowly even in heavy and compacted soils, thus minimizing power consumption and vibrations. The spring bearings of the side guards increase the lateral movement of the belts. Protective hoppers are available to prevent any soil clods, stone fragments, plant debris, hoses, or other obstacles from entering the space between the rotor shafts.
