Foldable V-Type Offset Goble Discarov
Hydraulic lift-equipped folding V-type offset disc harrows are trailed machines used to cut and shred crop residues (maize, sunflower, wheat, etc.) and weeds after harvest, and to break up the crust layer.
After harvesting, it prepares the field for direct sowing without the need for another agricultural machine by performing stubble-free soil cultivation during dry months when ploughs cannot be used. In addition to this feature, it can be used for cultivating soil with high moisture content.
The LGD - KV model offset disc harrows move with a hydraulic system and, due to their multi-directional movement capability, prevent wind and water erosion while breaking up stubble. The mechanism on the wheel ensures that the wheel runs at ground level, allowing the working depth to be effectively adjusted.
It has a greater working width than other soil cultivation machines. It is much more economical than other soil cultivation machines because it has a higher working speed and greater working width. Due to these features, fuel, time, labour, maintenance and spare part costs are lower. It reduces the share of soil cultivation in the total cost.
Hydraulic cylinders are used to enable the wings to open and close in working and road positions, allowing tools with a working width greater than three metres to be transported on roads. This enables easy transport in a folded position on roads and narrow transport routes.
Mounted Roller
Hanging and drawn rollers are used on small plots. Their primary function is to compact the soil. They are used to crush and break up clods that cannot be broken up by soil cultivation tools and to level the field surface. Rollers can be used on the field before and after sowing. When inserted before sowing, they crush the clods of the tilled field, compact the soil, and create a balance between air pockets, regulating the soil's water-air ratio and preparing a good seedbed.
After sowing, they help increase the contact between the seeds and the soil, bringing the water in the lower layers closer to the area where the seeds are located, thus aiding germination.
The materials used in rollers undergo all kinds of inspections and pass through a testing phase before reaching the manufacturing stage, and high-quality materials are used.
Thanks to its design, it is a machine with simple settings and extremely easy to use.
Optional 390 mm and 340 mm diameter flywheels can be fitted.
It can be used both suspended and towed thanks to a pin.
The profiles on the roller flywheels and gear create small depressions on the soil surface, increasing water retention and reducing surface runoff.

A wheeled offset disc harrow with a lift mechanism is a soil cultivation machine used to prepare the seedbed by breaking up clods and mixing the soil after ploughing.
After harvesting, various operations such as cutting and shredding plant residues and weeds, and breaking up the crust layer can be performed with pull-type wheeled offset disc harrows. Their most significant advantage among secondary soil cultivation tools is that they can be used within a wide range of soil moisture levels.

Vertical Rotary Tiller
The vertical rotary tiller uses blades positioned vertically in the soil to perform a circular rotation, breaking up clods on the soil surface, loosening the soil surface, and expanding the inner surface of the soil. It also works by mixing the soil without turning it over, and since the soil surface is evenly distributed during operation, moisture balance is maintained.
It breaks down the stubble remaining on the soil surface after harvest, allowing it to mix easily into the soil.
The blades are made of special steel that has undergone hot rolling, resulting in high wear resistance.
Thanks to the specially designed gearbox (1000 rpm) and the different positions of the rotors, the blades enter the soil slowly even in heavy and compacted soils, thus minimizing power consumption and vibrations.
The spring bearings of the side guards increase the lateral movement of the belts.
Protective hoppers are available to prevent any soil clods, stone fragments, plant debris, hoses, or other obstacles from entering the space between the rotor shafts.

Vibcom
Vibcom is a two- or three-row seedbed preparation machine that combines multiple soil cultivation operations in a single pass at high speed. It is the right choice for warming the seedbed before spring. The choice of machine configuration ensures versatility in use. It is adjustable to a depth of up to 17 cm. It is manufactured in various working widths ranging from 2.5 metres to 8 metres.
The model with three rows of vibrating snake tongues (ideal for clay soils) prefers dense and shallow sowing, allowing the soil surface to warm up and aerate before sowing without mixing the deep soil. The double-row model with 25 cm wide claw shoes achieves an aggressively tilled, fragmented surface layer.
