The suspended type offset disc harrow is a suspended machine favoured in garden farming and small plots due to its ease of use. The disc direction angles can be easily adjusted on the front and rear batteries.
It is used in secondary soil cultivation, seedbed preparation, inter-tree cultivation in horticulture, weed control, and mixing fertiliser into the soil. It shreds plant stalks and residues left in the field after harvest and mixes them into the soil. It breaks up clods formed in the field after using implements such as ploughs, harrows, and cultivators and loosens the soil.
It is a machine that incorporates organic and inorganic fertilisers into the soil, thereby aerating and loosening the soil and maintaining the balance of the soil's water and temperature conditions.
Dik Rotovatör (Dik Freze)
The vertical rotary tiller uses blades positioned vertically in the soil to perform a circular rotation, breaking up clods on the soil surface, loosening the soil surface, and expanding the inner surface of the soil. It also works by mixing the soil without turning it over, and since the soil surface is evenly distributed during operation, moisture balance is maintained.
It breaks down the stubble remaining on the soil surface after harvest, allowing it to mix easily into the soil.
The blades are made of special steel that has undergone hot rolling, resulting in high wear resistance.
Thanks to the specially designed gearbox (1000 rpm) and the different positions of the rotors, the blades enter the soil slowly even in heavy and compacted soils, thus minimizing power consumption and vibrations.

The disc harrow is a suspended soil cultivation machine primarily used for soil preparation in preparing the seedbed after harvest, attached to the tractor with a three-point linkage system.
Disc harrows operate with the discs rotating in the working position, so they do not get stuck on obstacles. In sandy and stony fields, disc wear is less than that of mouldboard ploughs. As they operate by rotating, they do not require excessive traction power from the tractor and do not strain it. It is a machine with simple settings and easy operation.
Advantages of using a disc plough:

The spring-loaded disc harrow, with its spring-loaded independent disc structure and machine construction, performs a more effective cutting and mixing process than conventional disc harrows, with each disc operating independently thanks to its separate bearing. The springs on each disc prevent breakages and damage to the frame by allowing the discs to move back and forth when encountering an obstacle. It is less affected by the unevenness of the terrain. It causes almost no damage to the levelling of the terrain. In addition, the roller attached to the chassis presses the soil lifted by the discs at the same time, minimising moisture loss after the process. The machine can operate comfortably in heavy clay soils.
