The Vanvey is a second-class soil cultivation machine. These are tools inserted into the field after ploughing, specifically to prepare a ploughed field for sowing. CHISEL PLOUGH
Ploughs are used for soil cultivation after harvest without the need for a plough in the field. Due to the structure of their legs, they break the plough layer and are a suspended machine that performs shallow soil cultivation during dry summer months when ploughing is not possible.
Ploughing at a high working depth can be achieved with the plough. This allows the soil to aerate, prevents rainwater from pooling on the surface, draws water to the base, preserves soil moisture, and breaks up the hard layer, enabling plant roots to grow freely towards the base. DISC PLOUGH ADP
The disc harrow is a suspended soil cultivation machine primarily used for soil preparation in preparing the seedbed after harvest, attached to the tractor with a three-point linkage system.
Disc harrows operate with the discs rotating in the working position, so they do not get stuck on obstacles. In sandy and stony fields, disc wear is less than that of mouldboard ploughs. As they operate by rotating, they do not require excessive traction power from the tractor and do not strain it. It is a machine with simple settings and easy operation.

*As the edges of the discs are sharpened from the outside, they rub against the sharp edge of the plough wall during operation and gradually sharpen themselves over time.
SPRING – LOADED LEG DISK HARROW SDH
The spring-loaded disc harrow, with its spring-loaded independent disc structure and machine construction, performs a more effective cutting and mixing process than conventional disc harrows, with each disc operating independently thanks to its separate bearing. The springs on each disc prevent breakages and damage to the frame by allowing the discs to move back and forth when encountering an obstacle. It is less affected by the unevenness of the terrain. It causes almost no damage to the levelling of the terrain. In addition, the roller attached to the chassis presses the soil lifted by the discs at the same time, minimising moisture loss after the process. The machine can operate comfortably in heavy clay soils.

MOUNTED ROLLER
Hanging and drawn rollers are used on small plots. Their primary function is to compact the soil. They are used to crush and break up clods that cannot be broken up by soil cultivation tools and to level the field surface. Rollers can be used on the field before and after sowing. When inserted before sowing, they crush the clods of the tilled field, compact the soil, and create a balance between air pockets, regulating the soil's water-air ratio and preparing a good seedbed.
After sowing, they help increase the contact between the seeds and the soil, bringing the water in the lower layers closer to the area where the seeds are located, thus aiding germination.
The materials used in rollers undergo all kinds of inspections and pass through a testing phase before reaching the manufacturing stage, and high-quality materials are used.

It is the right choice for warming the seedbed before spring. The choice of machine configuration ensures versatility in use. It is adjustable to a depth of up to 17 cm. It is manufactured in various working widths ranging from 2.5 metres to 8 metres.
The model with three rows of vibrating snake tongues (ideal for clay soils) prefers dense and shallow sowing, allowing the soil surface to warm up and aerate before sowing without mixing the deep soil. It breaks up clods formed in the field after using tools such as ploughs, harrows and cultivators and loosens the soil. Thanks to its three adjustable hangers, it can be used comfortably even in wooded areas.
