It is used to separate the metal (copper) contained within all types of cables from the cable itself. The machine’s most significant feature is its ability to process metal and plastic separately into granules.

The Mobile Cable Shredding System consists of three main machines and their associated equipment. Having all machines and equipment mounted on a single chassis simplifies the operation and control of the facility. The protective housing surrounding the chassis eliminates all potential hazards. The rotor is driven by V-belts; manual feeding is performed via a conveyor belt, and the cooling process inside the shredding chamber is carried out by the machine itself using a pneumatic fan system. All blades in the shredding chamber are manufactured by Buhler; the blades’ service life is extended as long as metals of varying hardness are not fed into the machine.
The separator on the chassis ensures the most precise separation of copper and plastic via an air duct. All our machines are soundproofed to meet industry standards. The safety switches and low-voltage control panels on the machine are among its most important features in terms of human safety.
