The row-spacing spring-bladed hoeing machine is used to eliminate weeds between rows of planted crops (such as beet, beans, sunflower, maize, soybean, tomato, beans, melon, and watermelon, etc.) and to loosen the soil. Additionally, it facilitates better incorporation of fertiliser into the soil. These processes accelerate plant growth. The hoeing machine is adjustable between rows. During hoeing, plant protection discs (star blades) prevent the soil from covering the plants when they are small. Thanks to its leg structure, it can be used easily even on stony terrain. The soil depth setting of each unit can be adjusted according to the size of the plant to be hoed. Thanks to the units, each of which moves independently, guide discs prevent the machine from deviating and disrupting its direction of movement while maintaining the working depth on uneven terrain, allowing hoeing without damaging the plant even on sloping terrain.

Hanging and drawn rollers are used on small plots. Their primary function is to compact the soil. They are used to crush and break up clods that cannot be broken up by soil cultivation tools and to level the field surface. Rollers can be used on the field before and after sowing. When inserted before sowing, they crush the clods of the tilled field, compact the soil, and create a balance between air pockets, regulating the soil's water-air ratio and preparing a good seedbed. After sowing, they help increase the contact between the seeds and the soil, bringing the water in the lower layers closer to the area where the seeds are located, thus aiding germination. The materials used in rollers undergo all kinds of inspections and pass through a testing phase before reaching the manufacturing stage, and high-quality materials are used. Thanks to its design, it is a machine with simple settings and extremely easy to use. Optional 390 mm and 340 mm diameter flywheels can be fitted. It can be used both suspended and towed thanks to a pin. The profiles on the roller flywheels and gear create small depressions on the soil surface, increasing water retention and reducing surface runoff.

The suspended type offset disc harrow is a suspended machine favoured in garden farming and small plots due to its ease of use. The disc direction angles can be easily adjusted on the front and rear batteries. It is used in secondary soil cultivation, seedbed preparation, inter-tree cultivation in horticulture, weed control, and mixing fertiliser into the soil. It shreds plant stalks and residues left in the field after harvest and mixes them into the soil. It breaks up clods formed in the field after using implements such as ploughs, harrows, and cultivators and loosens the soil. It is a machine that incorporates organic and inorganic fertilisers into the soil, thereby aerating and loosening the soil and maintaining the balance of the soil's water and temperature conditions.

A wheeled offset disc harrow with a lift mechanism is a soil cultivation machine used to prepare the seedbed by breaking up clods and mixing the soil after ploughing. After harvesting, various operations such as cutting and shredding plant residues and weeds, and breaking up the crust layer can be performed with pull-type wheeled offset disc harrows. Their most significant advantage among secondary soil cultivation tools is that they can be used within a wide range of soil moisture levels. Model ÇLTD offset disc harrows prevent wind and water erosion while breaking up stubble due to their hydraulic system and versatile movement capability. The mechanism on the wheel ensures that the wheel stays at ground level, allowing the working depth to be effectively adjusted.

Ploughs are used for soil cultivation after harvest without the need for a plough in the field. Due to the structure of their legs, they break the plough layer and are a suspended machine that performs shallow soil cultivation during dry summer months when ploughing is not possible. Ploughing at a high working depth can be achieved with the plough. This allows the soil to aerate, prevents rainwater from pooling on the surface, draws water to the base, preserves soil moisture, and breaks up the hard layer, enabling plant roots to grow freely towards the base. This work increases yield.

It shreds the stalks of plants such as wheat, sunflower, cotton, corn, and rice, as well as tree branches left behind after harvesting in orchards, vineyards, and fields into small pieces, thereby increasing soil fertility. It prevents yield loss after stubble burning. It provides long and enjoyable blade usage thanks to its high-strength blades. The retaining blades placed in front of the roller enable the re-cutting of long pieces. The branch cutting size can be adjusted thanks to the side rails on the equipment and the height-adjustable roller. Hydraulic shifting facilitates ease of use in gardens and under trees. Front guard plates enable easy cutting by laying down long plant stems. 540 rpm PTO; transmission system with 2000 rpm rotor speed.

Dik Rotovatör (Dik Freze)

The vertical rotary tiller uses blades positioned vertically in the soil to perform a circular rotation, breaking up clods on the soil surface, loosening the soil surface, and expanding the inner surface of the soil. It also works by mixing the soil without turning it over, and since the soil surface is evenly distributed during operation, moisture balance is maintained. It breaks down the stubble remaining on the soil surface after harvest, allowing it to mix easily into the soil. The blades are made of special steel that has undergone hot rolling, resulting in high wear resistance. Thanks to the specially designed gearbox (1000 rpm) and the different positions of the rotors, the blades enter the soil slowly even in heavy and compacted soils, thus minimizing power consumption and vibrations. The spring bearings of the side guards increase the lateral movement of the belts. Protective hoppers are available to prevent any soil clods, stone fragments, plant debris, hoses, or other obstacles from entering the space between the rotor shafts. The height-adjustable roller of the vertical rotovators ensures a constant working depth. Locally produced, robust, powerful, and high-performance vertical rotovators cater to all tractor power levels with various working width options.

The disc harrow is a suspended soil cultivation machine primarily used for soil preparation in preparing the seedbed after harvest, attached to the tractor with a three-point linkage system. Disc harrows operate with the discs rotating in the working position, so they do not get stuck on obstacles. In sandy and stony fields, disc wear is less than that of mouldboard ploughs. As they operate by rotating, they do not require excessive traction power from the tractor and do not strain it. It is a machine with simple settings and easy operation.   Advantages of using a disc plough: *In moist soils worked with disc ploughs, the wavy structure of the furrow bottom prevents mud formation in the soil. *The concave structure of the discs breaks up the soil more effectively, preventing clod formation. *As the discs operate by rotating, they easily overcome obstacles such as stones and hard plant roots, preventing potential breakdowns and blockages. *As the force distribution related to soil resistance is spread over a wide surface area on the discs, they are resistant to high forces in terms of strength and are not easily damaged. *As the edges of the discs are sharpened from the outside, they rub against the sharp edge of the plough wall during operation and gradually sharpen themselves over time.
