Inter-Row Spring Tine Cultivator
The row-spacing spring-bladed hoeing machine is used to eliminate weeds between rows of planted crops (such as beet, beans, sunflower, maize, soybean, tomato, beans, melon, and watermelon, etc.) and to loosen the soil. Additionally, it facilitates better incorporation of fertiliser into the soil. These processes accelerate plant growth.
The hoeing machine is adjustable between rows. During hoeing, plant protection discs (star blades) prevent the soil from covering the plants when they are small. Thanks to its leg structure, it can be used easily even on stony terrain.
The soil depth setting of each unit can be adjusted according to the size of the plant to be hoed. Thanks to the units, each of which moves independently, guide discs prevent the machine from deviating and disrupting its direction of movement while maintaining the working depth on uneven terrain, allowing hoeing without damaging the plant even on sloping terrain.
Italian Type Rotary Tiller
The Italian-type rotary tiller is a suspended machine that tills the soil without leaving raw soil between its legs due to the structure of its legs, breaking the plough layer and tilling the soil without bringing the infertile soil in the lower layer to the surface. Italian-type ploughing allows for soil cultivation at a high working depth. This promotes soil aeration, prevents rainwater from pooling on the surface, allowing water to be drawn to the base and preserving soil moisture, and breaks up the hard layer, allowing plant roots to grow freely towards the base. This work increases yield. Additionally, the roller attached to the chassis presses the soil lifted by the discs simultaneously, minimising moisture loss after the operation.

Mounted Roller
Hanging and drawn rollers are used on small plots. Their primary function is to compact the soil. They are used to crush and break up clods that cannot be broken up by soil cultivation tools and to level the field surface. Rollers can be used on the field before and after sowing. When inserted before sowing, they crush the clods of the tilled field, compact the soil, and create a balance between air pockets, regulating the soil's water-air ratio and preparing a good seedbed.
After sowing, they help increase the contact between the seeds and the soil, bringing the water in the lower layers closer to the area where the seeds are located, thus aiding germination.
The materials used in rollers undergo all kinds of inspections and pass through a testing phase before reaching the manufacturing stage, and high-quality materials are used.
Thanks to its design, it is a machine with simple settings and extremely easy to use.
Optional 390 mm and 340 mm diameter flywheels can be fitted.
It can be used both suspended and towed thanks to a pin.
The profiles on the roller flywheels and gear create small depressions on the soil surface, increasing water retention and reducing surface runoff.
Pull-Type Fibre-Reinforced Offset Diskarov
A wheeled offset disc harrow with a lift mechanism is a soil cultivation machine used to prepare the seedbed by breaking up clods and mixing the soil after ploughing.
After harvesting, various operations such as cutting and shredding plant residues and weeds, and breaking up the crust layer can be performed with pull-type wheeled offset disc harrows. Their most significant advantage among secondary soil cultivation tools is that they can be used within a wide range of soil moisture levels.
Model ÇLTD offset disc harrows prevent wind and water erosion while breaking up stubble due to their hydraulic system and versatile movement capability. The mechanism on the wheel ensures that the wheel stays at ground level, allowing the working depth to be effectively adjusted.
Rototiller
-It ensures that clods, weeds, twigs and vegetable residues formed after the soil loosening process are broken down and mixed homogeneously into the soil.
- Prevents the formation of a base layer by breaking up and loosening the soil.
- Provides more efficient shredding by cutting the soil before the blades thanks to optional breaking legs.
- Variable speed adjustment capability according to transmission speeds of 540-750-1000 RPM.
