BRANCH CUTTING
It shreds the stalks of plants such as wheat, sunflower, cotton, corn, and rice, as well as tree branches left behind after harvesting in orchards, vineyards, and fields into small pieces, thereby increasing soil fertility.
It prevents yield loss after stubble burning.
It provides long and enjoyable blade usage thanks to its high-strength blades.
The retaining blades placed in front of the roller enable the re-cutting of long pieces.
The branch cutting size can be adjusted thanks to the side rails on the equipment and the height-adjustable roller.
Hydraulic shifting facilitates ease of use in gardens and under trees.
Front guard plates enable easy cutting by laying down long plant stems.
540 rpm PTO; transmission system with 2000 rpm rotor speed.
CHISEL PLOUGH
Ploughs are used for soil cultivation after harvest without the need for a plough in the field. Due to the structure of their legs, they break the plough layer and are a suspended machine that performs shallow soil cultivation during dry summer months when ploughing is not possible.
Ploughing at a high working depth can be achieved with the plough. This allows the soil to aerate, prevents rainwater from pooling on the surface, draws water to the base, preserves soil moisture, and breaks up the hard layer, enabling plant roots to grow freely towards the base. This work increases yield.
COPYROLL
COPYROLL rollers are designed for pre-sowing soil preparation, particularly in heavy and dry conditions.
COPYROLL rollers are used to level the surface, break up clods and prevent soil compaction.
The machine can also be used after sowing. This process ensures the homogeneity of seed formation and a perfectly flat field, ready for uniform crop formation.
- With its robust machine chassis, it is perfectly suited to heavy terrain conditions.
- Simple transition between the machine's working mode and transport mode
- Stability during transport thanks to the transport axle and low centre of gravity
- COPYROLL high casting quality,
- Ability to perform a wide range of optional adaptations,
- Load from the centre frame to the wings via the hydraulic system for even mass distribution,
- Good displacement and seed-to-soil contact,
- Ensures uniform seed depth, resulting in plants of equal size.
- Combines technical expertise and craftsmanship with innovation, thoughtful design, and rigorous testing.
DISC PLOUGH ADP
The disc harrow is a suspended soil cultivation machine primarily used for soil preparation in preparing the seedbed after harvest, attached to the tractor with a three-point linkage system.
Disc harrows operate with the discs rotating in the working position, so they do not get stuck on obstacles. In sandy and stony fields, disc wear is less than that of mouldboard ploughs. As they operate by rotating, they do not require excessive traction power from the tractor and do not strain it. It is a machine with simple settings and easy operation.
Advantages of using a disc plough:
*In moist soils worked with disc ploughs, the wavy structure of the furrow bottom prevents mud formation in the soil.
*The concave structure of the discs breaks up the soil more effectively, preventing clod formation.
*As the discs operate by rotating, they easily overcome obstacles such as stones and hard plant roots, preventing potential breakdowns and blockages.
*As the force distribution related to soil resistance is spread over a wide surface area on the discs, they are resistant to high forces in terms of strength and are not easily damaged.
*As the edges of the discs are sharpened from the outside, they rub against the sharp edge of the plough wall during operation and gradually sharpen themselves over time.
FOLDABLE V-TYPE OFFSET GOBLE DISCAROV LGD-KV
Hydraulic lift-equipped folding V-type offset disc harrows are trailed machines used to cut and shred crop residues (maize, sunflower, wheat, etc.) and weeds after harvest, and to break up the crust layer.
After harvesting, it prepares the field for direct sowing without the need for another agricultural machine by performing stubble-free soil cultivation during dry months when ploughs cannot be used. In addition to this feature, it can be used for cultivating soil with high moisture content.
The LGD - KV model offset disc harrows move with a hydraulic system and, due to their multi-directional movement capability, prevent wind and water erosion while breaking up stubble. The mechanism on the wheel ensures that the wheel runs at ground level, allowing the working depth to be effectively adjusted.
It has a greater working width than other soil cultivation machines. It is much more economical than other soil cultivation machines because it has a higher working speed and greater working width. Due to these features, fuel, time, labour, maintenance and spare part costs are lower. It reduces the share of soil cultivation in the total cost.
Hydraulic cylinders are used to enable the wings to open and close in working and road positions, allowing tools with a working width greater than three metres to be transported on roads. This enables easy transport in a folded position on roads and narrow transport routes.
FOLDABLE X-TYPE TANDEM GOBLE DISK HARROW LGD-KX
Hydraulic lift-equipped folding X-type tandem disc harrows are trailed machines used to cut and shred crop residues (maize, sunflower, wheat, etc.) and weeds after harvest, and to break up the crust layer.
After harvest, during dry months when ploughs cannot be used, it prepares the field for direct sowing without the need for other agricultural machinery by tilling the soil without leaving furrows. In addition to this feature, it can be used for tilling soil with high moisture content.
The LGD - KX model offset disc harrows do not reduce the tractor's traction by placing the load on the tractor's centre due to the position of the batteries. Its hydraulic system and multi-directional movement capability prevent wind and water erosion while breaking up stubble. The mechanism on the wheel ensures that the wheel stays at ground level, allowing the working depth to be effectively adjusted.

HANGING TYPE OFFSET DISCAROV AOD
The suspended type offset disc harrow is a suspended machine favoured in garden farming and small plots due to its ease of use. The disc direction angles can be easily adjusted on the front and rear batteries.
It is used in secondary soil cultivation, seedbed preparation, inter-tree cultivation in horticulture, weed control, and mixing fertiliser into the soil. It shreds plant stalks and residues left in the field after harvest and mixes them into the soil. It breaks up clods formed in the field after using implements such as ploughs, harrows, and cultivators and loosens the soil.
It is a machine that incorporates organic and inorganic fertilisers into the soil, thereby aerating and loosening the soil and maintaining the balance of the soil's water and temperature conditions.
